Refund Policy
Effective as of April 2025
This refund and return policy governs the purchase and use of Click Fox products and services. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
1. Standard Refund Window
Click Fox offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within this period. Refunds are limited to one-time purchases or the most recent payment for subscription-based services.
After 30 days, all sales are final.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not guarantee a refund.
3. Refund Eligibility for Subscriptions
Refunds will be processed only for the most recent billing cycle within the 30-day window. Canceling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.
4. No Refund After Cancellation Window
Canceling a subscription will stop future payments, but no past charges will be refunded if outside the 30-day period.
5. First Step: Technical Support
If you contact us via email or support ticket, we will first offer technical assistance. However, if issues are beyond our control, we may approve a refund or cancellation.
6. Refund Destination
Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used during the transaction. If that account is closed, no refund is possible.
7. Repeated or Fraudulent Returns
Customers who repeatedly request refunds may be permanently blocked from future purchases. Violation of terms of service may lead to refund denial.
8. Case-by-Case Return Review
Refunds requested within the 30-day window will be reviewed by our team. Evidence of dissatisfaction or product issues may be required.
9. One-Time Deal Support Limitation
For customers who bought Click Fox on a lifetime one-time deal, we provide 12 months of support and updates. Support extensions are non-refundable.
10. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 3–4 business days, though approval may occur on the same day.
11. Non-Refundable Processed Charges
If a transaction was processed and payment charged successfully, the amount is non-refundable, even within 30 days.
12. Usage-Based Refund Rules
Unused credits = eligible for refund
Less than 50% credits used = eligible upon review
50% or more credits used = not eligible
13. No Refund for the Following Cases
We are not obligated to offer a refund if:
You changed your mind
You bought the product by mistake
You lack technical skill to use the software
You seek goodwill or emergency-based refund
You misunderstood the features or pricing
14. After 30 Days
No refunds are provided after 30 days under any condition.
15. Non-Refundable Acknowledgement
If a Click Fox team member explicitly states that a product is non-refundable, the customer accepts this condition. No disputes can be raised after such confirmation.
16. Intellectual Property Violation
If you request a refund, you must stop using Click Fox software immediately. Continued use after refund is considered intellectual property theft and is illegal.
17. No Pro-Rata Refunds
Click Fox does not offer partial refunds for unused months, quarters, or years of service.

20. Fraudulent Users
